A selection of 3cm squares of of glass both transparent and opal were laid overlapping at the corners and fired over a single layer of clear glass. Each overlapped corner reveals a different reaction or creates a new colour where the layers of glass cross.  Between the pockets are tiny little circles of clear glass.
